THE HERO accelerates the process of greening the brand

Using environmentally friendly products is an inevitable consumption trend today and in the future around the world. Due to the rapid growth of the world population and economic development, more and more goods are being produced, leading to environmental pollution problems that will become more serious if individuals and businesses , the government did not take action. Following that trend, THE HERO is making efforts to green its products from the design and production stage to product delivery to customers, contributing to creating a better living environment.
Labor protection products are clothing designed to protect people from dangerous impacts from the working environment, minimizing the risk of occupational accidents.
However, like many other industrially produced products, they can also cause adverse effects on the environment and human health.
Protective clothing and shoes are used for a short time and replaced regularly, due to safety and quality requirements. This leads to waste of resources and increased waste into the environment.

Facing the above issues, THE HERO is gradually greening the brand by:
Use renewable or recyclable materials to make protective clothing, such as organic cotton, natural wool, bamboo fabric, coconut fiber fabric… These materials have the ability to decompose. Biodegradable or recyclable, reducing impact on the environment. In addition, we also use biological or environmentally friendly printing and dyeing technologies, which help reduce the amount of chemicals used and save water and electricity.
Smart and flexible product design to increase usability and longevity such as multi-functional design, adjustable size… These designs help protective clothing be suitable for many working environments wearer’s work and needs, reducing waste and production costs.
Use environmentally friendly packaging and transportation methods to reduce emissions and energy consumption, such as transportation by rail, waterway, and electric vehicles. Pack products with recycled paper bags…
Plant more trees on the company campus and participate in tree planting in other areas.
Greening clothing, shoes, and helmets is also one of the ways for THE HERO to fulfill its social responsibility.
